90-Day Home Trial & Returns

How the trial works

• Your 90 days starts on the day your order is delivered.
• Use Hearo One with TV, calls, restaurants, and family conversations.
• If it’s not for you, return it within the trial window for a refund.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Request the return within 90 days of delivery.
• Return the device and charging case.
• Items should be returned in reasonable condition (normal trial use is okay).

How to start a return

Email support@hearo.com with:

• Your order number
• The email used at checkout
• A short note that you’d like to return

We’ll reply with return instructions.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically post refunds within 3–10 business days.

Important notes

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help quickly.
