How it works

Setup is simple. Support is real.

Hearo is designed for everyday use — from unboxing to your first wear in minutes.

Step 1

Charge the case

Plug the charging case in via Type-C. The case display shows charge status.

Step 2

Take them out to power on

Removing the devices from the case powers them on; placing them back powers them off.

Step 3

Insert + adjust volume

Insert comfortably, rotate into place, then adjust volume using the control.

1) Getting a comfortable fit

Fit matters for comfort and clarity. If the tips feel loose or you notice feedback, swap to a different size. The manual shows S/M/L tips and insertion/rotation steps.

Tip sizing

  • Start with the included tip size.
  • Size up if it feels loose or slips.
  • Size down if it feels tight or uncomfortable.

Insertion

  • Place the tip into the ear canal gently.
  • Rotate the device until it sits securely and comfortably.
  • Set volume to an appropriate level.

2) Power & volume

Power is case-based: out of the case = on, back in the case = off. Volume is adjusted using the volume control. The manual specifies clockwise to increase volume.

On / Off

Remove from the charging case to power on. Place back into the charging case to power off.

Volume

Adjust with the volume control; increase by turning clockwise as shown in the manual.

3) Charging

Charge the case with a Type-C cable. Place devices in the case to charge; the manual notes charge indicators and contact-cleaning steps if charging doesn’t start.

If charging seems inconsistent

  • Reseat the devices in the case and ensure correct left/right placement.
  • Clean charging contacts (device + case) if needed.

4) Cleaning & care

Keep devices clean and dry. The manual recommends wiping with a soft cloth/tissue and using the included cleaning brush; avoid water/solvents on charging contacts.

Daily

  • Wipe devices clean and dry.
  • Remove debris from tips with the enclosed tool/brush.

Storage

  • Store in a clean, dry location.
  • Keep away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.

5) Tip & guard replacement

The manual includes steps for replacing ear tips and the earwax guard/holder. Follow those diagrams when swapping parts.

Helpful reminder

If the fit is off or you hear feedback/whistling, changing the tip size and ensuring a secure seal can help.

Troubleshooting

If sound is weak or unclear, check volume and fit, then confirm the device is charged. The manual’s troubleshooting tables cover common causes (low battery, blocked mic/ports, charging contact issues) and fixes.

No sound

  • Ensure the device is charged and seated properly in the case.
  • Check for debris around mic/ports and clean gently.

Charging issues

  • Clean charging contacts (device + case).
  • Reseat and confirm correct orientation.
